Alan Hilliar and the Lib Dems have set out four key priorities in this election to help build a brighter future for Britain:

STOP Brexit

Alan and the Lib Dems think Britain is better off in the EU. That's why we're fighting to stop Brexit.

We will create a tolerant, inclusive country, recovering our place in the world and building respect not divisions.

Remaining in the EU will create a £50 billion remain bonus that a Lib Dem Government would use to invest in public services such as our schools and NHS, and to reduce inequality.

SAVE our planet

Alan and the Lib Dems have set out a radical agenda to tackle the climate emergency - with a determination to become carbon neutral by 2045.

We must conserve our planet for our children and grandchildren to enjoy. We need more trees and less pollution, locally and nationally.

That is why the Liberal Democrats are proposing a radical plan that will end the UK's reliance on plastic. We will ban all non-essential, single-use plastics within the first three years of government.

STOP the Tory cuts

Locally and nationally, Conservative cuts are hitting our whole society - but particularly the most vulnerable.

Alan Hilliar said, "The NHS and social care services are in a state of crisis. The Conservatives haven't faced up to the problem. We will build a better health and care system that is prepared for the future and provides quality care for patients and respects our health workforce."

Our £50bn 'remain bonus' for public services means our plans are costed and affordable.

SAVE our town centres

Alan Hilliar is calling for real action to save Aldershot and Farnborough town centres. We need sustainable shopping centres with real heart and character and more space for art and music.

We also need more real homes and fewer shoebox flats. Young people are unable to get on the housing ladder with exorbitant prices. Our plan would build more houses, help first time buyers and protect those in rented accommodation by using pragmatic intervention where the market is failing people.

Alan, who lives in Aldershot with his wife Carolyn and their border collie Rosie said, "This election is the most important for a generation. Our four point plan will make Aldershot, Farnborough and the whole UK better places to live as part of a tolerant, inclusive society."
